Can I change or edit my order?

Modifications or cancellations can be made within the first 12 hours of placing your order, provided it is still marked as "Rejected" or "Sent." Once orders transition to "Accepted," they are automated and forwarded to the supplier, preventing further changes. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us promptly with your order number and requested modification. We will confirm the changes once implemented. Return Policy

Customers can return products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange if they receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Eligible returns must be unused, in the original condition, and in the original packaging.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable.

For returned items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee the receipt of returned items.

Upon receiving your item, we will inspect it and notify you of its status. Approved returns will initiate a refund to your credit card within a certain number of days, according to your card issuer’s policies.

In cases of damage, defect, or receiving the wrong item, customers must provide photographs within 3 days of receiving it via support@PFYShop.com. A refund will be processed based on the provided evidence.

If a package is returned to the sender due to Wrong Address Information provided by customers or Missed Delivery Attempts by couriers, we won't be responsible for reimbursement, refund, or re-sending the package.

Loss of products due to the security of customers’ living areas (confirmed delivery by shipping carriers) is not eligible for return and refund. No refund will be issued if you refuse to receive the package.

Shipping fees will not be refundable once items have been shipped.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account and contact your credit card company. If the issue persists, contact us at support@PFYShop.com.

Replacement (if applicable)

We stand behind the quality of our products. Defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. We generally do not accept returns, refunds, or replacements due to customer errors such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
